-Responsible for business, Volume & Value, Market share, Category Management, Channel Management and foot prints in approximately 2,300 trade outlets in 7 towns with the support of 7 distributors & 15 sales team persons.
-Work with Sales Supervisors in market, conduct on the job training and monthly reviews
-Form and communicate evaluation of activities & market / competition news
-Achievement of Annual operating plan, Volume per outlets growth, Range selling & Trade activation.
-Geographical Business Development, Sales Management & Distribution Strategy Formulation.
-Trade development plans, vigilant on daily business operations & execution monitoring.
-Identification of counterfeit, infringements & Forgeries
-Channel sales improvement, customers troubleshooting, relationship building & trade handling.
-Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization.
-Responsibilities include achievement of specified sales volumes and other targets, consolidation and development of business, management of staff and distribution.
-Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the area.
-Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the territory to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
-Daily monitoring of Primary & secondary sales for the assigned brands.
-Effective utilization of budgets, Trade Spend etc.
-Establish and maintain mutually beneficial business relationship with distribution partners.
-Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization.
