JOB Descriptions:
• The primary task is selling company’s Machines to interested parties.
• Visit Market to seeking out new potential clients and identify their needs.
• Maintain daily visit reports area wise of clients and submit to manager.
• Providing backup or claim services to existing clients at the time of need.
• Attend exhibition as exhibitor on company’s behalf in Expo Center.
• Visit to different cities of Pakistan for the sake of company.
• Deal with the foreign delegations especially from China

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To look after the Accounts matters of Dawn Company Outlets.
• To record and note daily Sales and Goods Receipt Notes from Outlets by using Candela Software.
• To receive cash from outlets, record in SAP and submit in cash-counter.
• To maintain the ledger of different vendors.
• To prepare day wise monthly sale report.
• To visit the Outlets for Audit purpose and reconcile the records.
• Prepare audit report and pass to Accounts Manager.
