Key Responsibilities:  Managing over all counter services in the branch to achieve timely and accurate processing of customer requested transactions, while ensuring service delivery as per the prescribed standards of the bank.  Successful execution of all other assignments, given by respective Area/ Regional Operations Manager / Head Branch Operations.  Timely preparation & submission of all returns related to branch operations  Balance stock of secured stationery on monthly basis  Obtain Call back confirmations as required by SOP of various Transactions.  Ensure that all instruments presented at the counter are properly scrutinized prior to acceptance.  Supervise/Handle issuance and delivery of cheque books and perform destruction of the undelivered as per SOP  Supervise custodianship of safes & vault & ensure backup of BSOs, while being the backup of the BM and vice versa.  Provide intimation for safekeeping of Duplicate keys related to vault and safe.  Complaints to be handled effectively and in timely manner.
