I have more than 16 years of experience in trainings, management,coordination, monitoring and evaluation.
• Working In project titled \" I-LEAD (Initiative for Language, Education and Development)\" as Monitoring , Evaluation Officer & Learning Officer in Forum for Language Initiatives from November, 2015 till date with the following major responsibilities
- Develop and Implement more effective system monitoring, evaluation and reporting system for the project
- Responsible to ensure timely and effective monitoring and evaluation of the project activities
- Responsible to ensure that the project is implemented according to the agreed objectives.
- Design and review data collection and ensure data quality, reliability and consistency.
- Take lead in conducting research studies, baseline and end line evaluations.
- Facilitate program teams in developing quality standards for all key program interventions to strengthen the compliance and quality aspects.
- Regularly share monitoring reports with FLI’s Leadership team members for informed decision making.
- Review, maintain and analyze monitoring and accountability data for improved decision making and learning.
- Collect, compile and present the project beneficiaries data on monthly and quarterly basis
- Prepare required analytical/progress reports on M&E findings
- Receive Training on longitudinal studies
- Make sure that FLI staff members are trained and coached in methods for monitoring and evaluation
- Make sure project Team will continue to meet monthly to report on on-going progress and provide on-going feedback on various elements of this project
- Begin the process of providing more in-depth, but introductory training to key men and women from 5 Language communities
- Evaluate MLE project capacity every year
- Evaluate ALP project after each three months and after 2 years.
- Follow up quarterly and annually with FLI’s partners CBOs leadership and other community stake holder to evaluate progress and work collaborative toward joint goals
- Implement more effective system of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in FLI’s Partners CBOs
- Assist CBOs with the implementation of gender equality policies
- Establish, implement and evaluate anti-corruption standards and guidelines for all CBOs, including a system of checks and balances to monitor key areas
- Establish and implement standard financial management operating procedures for all CBOs working collaboratively with FLI
- Persuade each partner CBO to train their own personnel about women’s rights
- Prepare and implement a monthly schedule to meet (formally and informally) with different key people (government and non-government) each month to broaden and deepen their understanding about the mother-tongue-based approach to education
- Managing and leading the project team.
- Recruiting project staff and consultants.
- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project implementation plan.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.

- Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programmes
- Monitoring of all project documentation
- Development of training manual in Urdu Language on “Injection Safety” for local community.
- Development of MCQ Forms and training evaluation forms in Urdu Language.
