• Responsible for coordinating recruitment process, including assisting HoDs with staff recruitment, preparing advertisements for vacant positions, shortlisting applicants, organizing interviews, and ensuring suitable inductions.
• Maintaining requisition sheet and receive employee requisition forms approved by the director and HODs from all departments for different positions and designations.
