I served 4.5 years in development sector for the behavior change and welfare of the rural community. Provide regular feedback to the M&E team at Implementation Office on how to improve the quality and accuracy of the project.
• Prepare and present a Monthly Progress Report (MPR). This report should highlight success stories, lessons learned and areas for improvement based on data collected in the field each month.
• Promote understanding of evaluation purposes within the organization.
• Keep track of all project monitoring and evaluation schedules and works with project staff to design and implement monitoring and evaluation procedures.
