I have effectively executed German Foreign Ministry funded project called “Building Disaster resilience; improve livelihood and health condition of disaster affected population of Muzaffargarh District of Punjab Pakistan Project, where my strategic and managerial leadership played a pivotal role in ensuring the project\'s success. Alongside capacity building initiatives built around Village Disaster Management Committee-VDMC and schools the project also retains livelihood, health, advocacy and Disaster Risk Reduction-DRR as core components. Key tasks included:

Facilitated project planning, design, implementation, and monitoring in alignment with project objectives.
Coordinated with team leaders and component managers to provide technical support.
Developed monitoring and documentation tools to capture project insights.
Provided technical guidance for the inclusion of older persons and persons with disabilities in various programs.

I successfully implemented the CBM-funded Accessible Health Services and WASH Program, which aimed to make flood-affected Basic Health Units (BHUs) accessible to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Older Persons (OP). Secured Project NOC and forged an MoU with the Ministry of Health and District Health Authority.
Managed the entire project lifecycle for the Health Component, including procurement of medicines, furniture, surgical equipment, civil work, solar panel installation, capacity building initiatives, and advocacy with health officials.

Designed and delivered Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions covering topics like Sphere & HAP, Planning Management & Quality Control of Emergency Response, Community Capacity Building, and Gender Mainstreaming in Humanitarian Response.
Managed the development of the Emergency Response Manual for HCB project partners, serving as the Focal person and managing tasks such as TOR design, technical proposal evaluation, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.
Supervised the entire cycle of Program Management software development, covering TOR design, reporting templates, proposal evaluation, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.

Developed detailed Guidelines/Standard Operating Procedures for Cash for work, conditional and unconditional cash grants for flood response projects as per international sectoral standards.
Conducted monitoring spot checks and mini-audits of the Cash Transfer system in place to ensure compliance with laid down procedures and bringing to the attention of management /the project any irregularities and also recommending improvement measures
Capacity building of staff for implementation of cash transfer programmes through knowledge transfer, training, development of good practice & evidence-based research.
