 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

 Responsible for scheduling, evaluating, coach and counseling of all direct reports
 Maintains materials purchase order files for all suppliers
 Responsible for ensuring facility functions and assigning daily workload according to deadlines
 Verify weekly time sheets for accuracy and other duties as assigned

 Monitor the every hour reading of generator.
 Coordinate advice supervisor concern regarding equipment trouble alarm
 Make adjustment or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints, report to shift engineer any abnormalities observed for equipment.

 Work at IFL#3, provide effective service to building management monitoring.
 Monitor and verify all HSE and perform weekly toolbox talk(TBT) training
 Prevent and corrective maintenance of building automation system such as pumps, motors, sensors, fire alarm system
 Study schematic drawing, sketches, and reports to reflect changes in instruments, circuits, and systems
