I have Served as subject matter expert in vehicle operations, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures at Pakistan Air Force.I have also gain experience to organizing all maintenance activities with the established SOP at a None governmental organization at Islamabad. Supervision and mentor staff to develop their competencies in vehicle and equipment maintenance and monitor expenditures. Compile vehicle and equipment maintenance records and repair costs for future references. Oversee the preparation of documents for equipment, supplies, order parts, and tools procurement. Work collaboratively with contractors in providing contract services.
I have also worked with Provost and security department to maintain in providing a wel maintained LTVs for VVIP security and foreign delegations.

Provide technical assistance in vehicle fleet management including vehicle comprehensive third party insurance and PAF Vehicle Management System (VMS) Organize timely and efficient maintenance of PAF Inventory vehicles Check vehicle technical readiness for operation including insurance documents and drivers Supervise the MT drivers and fleet for efficient management of staff travelling, prepare monthly staff Pick and drop plan, daily shuttle service, daily assignments of drivers and airport transfers/ pickups Establish and maintain monitoring and control systems records for all spare parts, lubricants, consumables and tires issued and their proper utilization Prepare comprehensive lists of necessary spare parts to be purchased and maintain accurate records of all items used Liaise with Provincial Offices for proper implementation of VMS and timely submission of relevant reports Maintain the record all works carried out related to PAF vehicles Ensure timely repair maintenance of vehicles and arrange frequently used spare parts. Coordinate accident reporting and provide facts-based recommendations for supervisors review Implement internal controls over fuel consumption and produce monthly fuel consumption report through VMS Reconcile invoice with fuel Service /Wash coupons and assist with processing the relevant payments to vendors In agreement with Head of Unit, take appropriate actions to ensure adherence to audit recommendations regarding fuel consumption and fleet management Maintain liaison with relevant units and service providers/suppliers with respect to the status of procurement, delivery, financial and insurance matters Verify accuracy and completeness of all invoices Assign vehicles for missions and town use. On weekly basis, verify each vehicles log book and ascertain accuracy of mileage Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual report.
