Led SLA Network Infrastructure Services Contract for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), ensured compliance with contractual service obligation, safety regulations, govt., and company regulations regarding the employment of contract staff and other directives put in force by the Government/Company for smooth contract administration.

Executed diverse IT Projects related to Security (Cisco FTD/ ISE, FortiGate) with a team of Project Engineers and ensured each project tracking, via Microsoft Project Management tool, and projects delivery with best practices.
Offered technical and administrative support for various services with the contract, ensured delivery of all projects and services to the customers in compliance with ITIL life cycle, also administered and ensured continuous operations of the network contract.
