· Responsible for the overall planning, management, and implementation of the project in close coordination with Program Manager Global Fund grant as well as the project team of Principal Recipient   
· Ensure development of monthly and quarterly work plans of individual team members as well as of the project and its implementation
· Responsible for periodic project reports, and responsible for the timely piloting of different digital tools

· Worked on the Digitization of DHIS/DHIS2 and integration of vertical health and nutrition programs data with DHIS/DHIS2 along with a user friendly dashboard for decision making.
· Worked on the development of MIS control room in DHIS cell, Health Directorate Govt. of Balochistan.

·        Reported to the provincial coordinator and respond to the information needs by providing IM services to stakeholders (Govt., Provincial Nutrition Cell, LHW program, WHO and partners) for decision making.
·        Developed and managed the overall management information system of Balochistan Enhanced Nutrition for Mothers & Children Project.
·        Worked on designing and development of the Balochistan Comprehensive Nutrition Program PC-1.
·        Developed the overall structure of results framework, identified and designed indicators for reporting on results framework.
·        Worked on the M&E framework to outline the objectives, inputs, outputs and outcomes of the project and the indicators that were used to measure all these.
·        Worked on the M&E work plan to outline the resources that have been allocated for the M&E functions to achieve the goals of M&E.
·        Designed & incorporated nutrition indicators in Lady Health Workers MIS reporting tools & formats for the sustainability of the Program.
·        Collect, compile, clean and analyze data received from district nutrition officers on weekly and monthly basis, generate the desired reports and provide feedback to the district nutrition officers on data findings for correction/improvement and data handling.
·        Supported the development of the M&E System in line with donor requirements and needs of the project
·        Facilitated inter-sectoral planning and integration of cross-cutting issues into Work Plan progress.
