Responsible for maintaining candidates database using Software & Ms Excel, evaluate and retrieve
data whenever there is a job requisition / job opening for any client.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job specification.
Designing the Job Advertisements for posting on social media websites.
Responsible for all activities related to recruitment & selection of the employees i.e. to identify
staff vacancies and initiate recruitment process, scheduling of interviews and maintaining
interview record.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Create contacts within the industry.
Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
Manage and maintain the Resume Data Bank
Sorting of CV’s and arranging interviews till finalization of induction of new employees
Develop strategy to hunt the best talent from the market. It includes searching of relevant recruitment sources.
