I have started my career as a freelancer by managing a business and E-commerce store on Pakistan's leading E-commerce Platform Daraz.pk.
Later then, I joined KraveMart as Warehouse Operations specialist and Inventory specialist meanwhile I also earned the the label of Shift Incharge as well. Only within 2 month I achived to be promoted from Operation Specialist to Warehouse Supervisor. Where I was risponsible to manage Day to Day tasks,Give training to emplyees and help them out to fix their issue regarding (operations, software, warehouse internal issue etc.)
Currently I am Working as Junior Manager at Steps Ahead Pvt. Ltd. which is a third Party HR Service Providing Company. here My responsibiliteis includes:
- Managing Data and Information about Employee working at Client's firm or Company
- Managing Payroll also look after salary Issues (if any)
- Providing smooth onboarding or relocation for employees
