Position: Assistant Manager Admin and Store
I started as an Assistant Manager Admin and Store in Pavilion End Club.
Job Description:
To keep check and supervise monthly inventory of all items purchased, installed at required places and stocks.
To maintain proper issuance and receiving of goods in store.
Timely updating of stock in SAP and bincards.
Supervise the matters related to security, utilities external security guards, maintenance and supplies.
Monitor/Manage internal maintenance team as per policies and procedures. To coordinate /vendors/suppliers/contractors/Visitors at all company premises for their visits, entry & exit during office hours.
Managing activities of purchasing company assets, supplier’s evaluation, approval, verifica-tion and confirmation with defined policy and procedure as for processing of contract.
Develop/implement concepts of event management, giveaways and other materials.
To manage the housekeeping, extra duties, deployment and other charges.
Coordinate with finance department for processing of payments and look after financial requirements and expenses.
Ensure daily activities at the store.
Maintain the store and displays clean all times.
Make orders for customers and receive deliveries
Make inventory and store goods.
Check all products to see if there are not damaged.
Handle financial transactions.
Receive and solve complaints about the products.
Implementation of programs and execute operational and organizational objectives.
Arrange transportation for shifting of stuff from ware house to event place and event place to warehouse.
Participate at regular meetings and report any unusual events or problems to Manager.
