Managing the IBG and CIBG/RMM portfolio of Rs. 3.5 Bln (approx.) from companies of various sectors (Including Steel, Textile, Oil & Poultry) and worked on their capital requirement. 
Assisting TL in assessment of the risk emanating from financial analysis, security analysis, management analysis, repayment capacity, facility structuring, industry and macroeconomic analysis and restructuring proposal. 
Successfully finalized auspicious restructuring/rescheduling of Islamic Banking Group & Retail NPLs with a P& L impact of Rs. 200M throughout FY 21 through persuasive negotiation.
Drafting of comprehensive credit proposals of restructuring, revival, working capital management, and rescheduling, covering detailed analysis of particular sector/customer and chalking out a workable plan/solution.  
Monitoring the stuck-up loans/relationships for devising revival/rehabilitation plans and ensuring smooth execution till the disbursement/revival of the customer.
To optimize the use of existing resources towards achieving the budgetary targets and reducing stuck-up/watch-list loans.
Managing a close liaison with the existing customers for smooth execution of restructuring. 
To negotiate with parties for settlement, restructuring, and rescheduling, out-of-court settlements and recommend proposals for review to the senior management, i.e., Group Head and concerned Central Credit Committee.    
Working with internal & external legal councils to execute compromise agreements/MOUs for NPL for rescheduled accounts and swiftly executing auction proceedings.   
To prepare credit proposals (for restructured accounts), call reports, sanction advice, and offer letters according to SBP and internal regulations and ensure strict compliance.  
Ensuring effective management/ disposal of stock. Property under the security of classified loans and initiating new schemes and ideas to encourage payment of delinquent accounts. 
Skillfully devising and mapping strategies like asset tracking, involving mediators/guarantors, to build external pressure resulting in an out-of-court settlement with defaulters through negotiations.
Preemptive performance monitoring and analysis of accounts to ascertain reasons for default; develop predictive elements such as early warning systems and appropriate indicators of watch list accounts to prevent credit deterioration.
Ensure that the highest professional standards of services are provided to Bank’s customers.
To work in partnership with Business unit, credits and centralized (trade, finance, operations) unit, and regulatory compliance division.
