I am working as Assistant Manager Finance at Steps Ahead Private Limited. My key responsibilities at the firm include:

* Supervision of the team and review of working papers of various areas of the financial statements;
* Assisting the client in the calculation of statutory amounts such as provision for taxation as per Income Tax
Ordinance; 2001;
* Assisting the client in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures as per applicable IFRSs;
* Verification of revenue, receivables, stock in trade including stores and spares; cost of sales ensuring proper
allocation of IAS-2 ‘Inventory’; and
* To ensure that the financial statements were prepared in accordance with the requirements of the International
Reporting Standards and applicable financial statutory requirements.
