o   Monitoring dealers operating cost and expenses to maximize dealer profitability
·           Training & Development
·                          Training\'s and Manpower Development - Enhancement of customer satisfaction by developing dealers (Vendors) staff skills through trainings and enable them to provide excellent quality.
o   Regional Training\'s Training Budget Planning and execution of following training\'s and skill contests for dealer staff as per national action plan: i-Manager /Assistant Manager ii- Service Advisor Course iii- Service Selling Skills for SA iv- Customer Relation Manager and CRO\'s.
o   Regional Training\'s Plan Creating Learning need assessment (LNA) among 40 dealers (Vendors), Design Training content, liaise with external organizations to execute and conduct skills development analyzing the impacts of skills development & trainings conducted for further improvements if needed.
o   Suzuki Service Qualification System (SSQS) Overall Planning and execution of SSQS – Bronze / Silver Level training\'s and exams as per national action plan
o   Strength Dealers In-House Training Program.
o   Analyze Dealers Manpower Motivation / Retention and Satisfaction.
o   Carry out Dealers Post Training\'s Evaluations as per national action plan.
Service Administration
o   Customer Services Enhancement & Improving Customers Experience at Dealerships
o   Training of dealer staff for Express maintenance (Quick and quality service)
o   Analyzing customer feedback and complaints to improve dealer service standards
o   Implementing SAP (Service Activity Procedures) for standardized quality of service
o   Conducting internal and external surveys regarding customer satisfaction
o   Marketing after sales through In-House and Outdoor checkup campaigns
o   Promoting dealership after sales at digital media through advertisement
·         Spare Parts Sales
o   Monitoring company spare parts sales (Genuine parts, accessories, oil and chemicals) to dealers on daily basis
o   Achieving dealer’s parts consumption targets and counter sales as per its potential
o   Ensuring dealers parts inventory and safety stock to serve customers
o   Parts warehouse management
o   Arranging off road vehicle parts on urgent basis
·         Warranty & Quality
o   Resolving customer complaints (CRC and direct complaints)
o   Reporting quality related defects in vehicles under warranty period
o   Monitoring dealer warranty and free service bills timely payment to dealer
