Lead the monitoring section of the Mercy Corps South Office including regular and emergency projects. For tracking the project activities, use TolaData, an indicator tracking platform. Conduct various studies and assessments including but not limited to Baseline, Need Assessment, Market Survey, Post Distribution Monitoring Survey, etc. for both regular programs, emergency programs, and program development. Supervise MEL Officers in conducting data collection activities through ONA. Support the Team Leader (South) and Project Managers in developing drafts of quarterly and annual reports. Supervise the Data Management team to maintain and update the databases of the projects. Supervise the MEL Officers in updating annual participant count activity. Ensure that at least three channels of the Community Accountability Reporting Mechanism are activated for each project. Lead the emergency programming, conduct rapid need assessments, and vulnerability assessments to identify the needs of emergency-affected communities, conduct PDMs for the emergency programs and support the Emergency Program Team in developing final reports. Ensured innovations through Information Technology in the data and information management and regular monitoring of the project activities.

Lead a variety of programming operations using TolaData, an indication tracking platform which created and managed internally by Mercy Corps. Ensure that program participants get in-kind and financial support from project teams by conducting Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) each quarter. Engage enumerators for data gathering using online data collection platforms, namely ONA. Supervise the Data Management Officer (DMO) and, with the DMO\'s assistance, manage the project files and program participants\' information files, keeping the records updated and consolidated both in hard and soft copies.

·         Played a critical role in administering three projects, including Retention, Enrolment0, and Protection (PREP-II) for a period of September 2019 to August 2022.
·         Collaborated with the proposal development team to generate proposals and gather information on those promising projects that HQ suggests for the MC South Office.

Established monitoring and impact indicators for project success, as well as monitored and assessed overall progress toward results attainment. Conducted capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system. Created project indicators and a monitoring plan, as well as inputs, information, and data for quarterly, yearly, and other reports. Contributed to yearly project reviews and planning workshops, as well as assisted the Project Manager in creating appropriate reports and providing M&E tools to project workers and supporting them in their usage.

Acted as an Information & Management Officer under the Food for Peace (FFP) Project funded by UNICEF. Supervised and communicated with field workers, as well as tracked nutritional activities in project-focused districts, and personally managed each district\'s M&E Assistants.

As a Livelihood Assistant in Afghan Refugees Assistance Program funded by BPRM, Department of States, my overall responsibilities included to assist and support Project Officer & Manager in every task. Additionally, I was responsible to work in field for identification of vulnerable Afghans for the vocational training course in Technical Training Center each year and manage their data both in hard and soft. Keep monitoring the classes in training institutes, collection of monthly attendance to track performance and initiation payment requests for trainings institutes, teachers’ salaries and beneficiaries’ stipends were included in my general responsibilities. Conducted follow-up surveys for the graduates to report progress of project each year. Managed, arranged, and conducted events in the training institutes like, job fairs, opening and closing ceremonies. Drafted the case studies, success stories and monthly reports related to the assigned components.

Being the MIS (Management Information System) Officer at SCAP Balochistan, I was responsible to manage the data of the projects and use the different software for recording and analyzing the collected data of the projects. In the CMAM project, I used the desktop app (NIS-Nutrition Information System) which was developed by UNICEF and for other projects; I used SPSS for recording and analyzing the field data. Moreover, drafting the progress and project reports was also included in my core responsibilities. During the period, I also managed the branding and designing for the organization.
