Maintaining the correct record of all stock and physically tally all records with the software record.
Making goods receipt notes & receiving finished goods or stock from the production department.
Making a purchase bill on the basis of GRN after confirmation of rates from the authority.
Making a journal voucher on the basis of a memo by the authorities.
Making salary sheet after tallying the record of gate attendance and department attendance registers along with overtime and bonuses as per the SOP.
Make a day book at the end of the day and sure all the vouchers are attached and get it approved by the authority .
