It should also highlight their knowledge of software development and database management, as well as their expertise in gathering, analyzing and interpreting data</li> <li>I also work with under the supervision and guidance of Manager MIS, the MIS Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the program information, development of data entry forms, development of database and create infographics against M&amp;E log frame indicators and according to the requirement of program components also coordinate and facilitate the MIS team of the partner organization.</li> <li>Ans all relevant stakeholders of the respective program to ensure an effective, efficient and functional MIS is in place, and overall data management and analysis of the program.</li> <li><span lang="\'\\\" en-us>Ability to meet deadlines and targets can priorities tasks under pressure.</span></li> <li> <p>Provide analyzed data relevant to decision-making responsibilities.</p> </li> <li> <p>• Inform the managers about the areas of improvement to ensure quality implementation.</p> </li> <li>Ensure regular flow of monitoring and implementation of data from the field to country MEAL, analyzed and interpreted to help program management in making informed decisions.</li> <li> <p> Provide information for managers to monitor progress towards achieving the project goals/objectives and targets.</p> <p>• To support planning and implementation teams with primary and secondary information, trends, and projections.</p> </li> <li> <p>Reports to Manager MIS and Position directly supervises: None. Indirect Reporting: MEAL Coordinator/ Sr. MEAL Manager /Program Leads/Head of Office and Other Internal and/or external contacts with them and  Internal: Program and Program Support also External: Local Partners, IRC vendors, Program beneficiariers etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Working knowledge of statistical analysis tools and software such as NVIVIO,STATA highly desirable</p> <p>• Excellent computer skills and competency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Extremely detail oriented and with special attention to accuracy and timely reporting</p> <p> Excellent communication and facilitation skills</p> <p> Be honest and trustworthy, be respectful, be flexible &amp; demonstrate sound work </p></div>
