In absence / rest of Manager Operation responsible for overall Operations.
Report to Operation Manager regarding operational activities at daily bases.
Effectively controlling and managing a contract transport operation, providing optimum customer service to agreed specification, whilst achieving profit objectives in line with the company\'s.
Visit conduct at daily basis for operation’s smoothness.
Handling all matters of buses in track & unseen circumstances (e.g. strike, road blockage etc.).
Resolving Break down, accident or any other issue related to buses.
Implementing all instructions by Manager Operations / Senior Management and PMA.
Communicating all E-mails to higher management and concern parties (e.g. PMA, Inbox).
Arranging all Operational meeting with Government and company staff.
Handing Inquiry letters, explanations, leave applications of all operational Staff.
Designing operational formats, duty roasters and conducting training sessions, when required for operational staff.
Ensuring the team work of sub ordinates and in any problem guides them accordingly.
Coordinating with workshop team regarding issues in buses while in track.
Change in timing \\ scheduling or stoppage of Operation by PMA is followed through Shift Superintendent.
