Assist in organizing and planning for conferences, workshops, and trainings upon request and according to the established procurement procedures

Assist in processing all the documentation related to office vehicles i.e. token taxes, local vehicle registration with Excise & Taxation Department ▪ support with allocating duties for drivers and assist in logbook management of official vehicles (maintenance, repairs, etc.)
Compile monthly vehicle data and ensure logbooks are maintained properly ▪ prepare monthly supporting documents for the private usage of vehicles for submission to finance section for invoicing purposes
Responsible for communication equipment, act as focal person for coordination with service providers
Conduct yearly physical verification of inventory items for consistency with the information in the inventory database
Supporting with all questions arising in asset management / inventory ▪ coordinating official vehicles repair & maintenance
