• Viability Assessment for Tri-Star Polyester, Primary financial model developer for assessing the project viability, was also involved in performing market assessment, testing and validation of the assumptions under current conditions including an information gathering exercise and analysis in order to gain an understanding of the current market condition.

• Feasibility Study for Imperial Tutorial College (ITC), job included:
- Testing and validating the assumptions provided by management as well as those driven from information collected under current conditions.
- Primary financial and business model developer for assessing the feasibility of the project.
- Conducted financial appraisal: calculation of the payback period, Net Present Value (NPV) and use of other relevant appraisal techniques to determine feasibility.
- Prepared a financial feasibility along with projections covering a period of five (5) years.
- Assessed taxation implications and options for operating under Modarba.
- Assessed business model options and their impact to identify optimal choices e.g. teachers/lecturers on fixed salaries versus revenue sharing model.
- Conducted sensitivity analysis to assess the impact on overall feasibility of changes in key assumptions.
