· Attend 2-days training with Title (Joint Damage Assessment Survey) arrange be Pakistan Disaster Management Authority at Deputy Commissioner Office Umerkot.
· Attend 2-days training with Title (Master Trainee) at District Disaster Management Authorit and, Deputy Commissioner Office Umerkot.
· Attend 1-day session with Title (Community Mobilizer) with PAK-ARMY and PDMA at Circuit house Umerkot.
Responsibility
1. Attempt surprise visit to all assigned schools on daily basis and take bio-metric attendance of teaching and none teaching staff through technical system.
2. Collect students enrollment during every visit.
3. To ensure that timely distribution of Provision of free Text Books to all students.
4. To ensure about annual study schedule status and visit every class room to ensure about daily lesson plan.
5. To ensure about updation of all school record including SMC fund, GR register, Free text books and BISP Stipend.
6. To ensure the proper utilization of SMC fund.

1. Conduct parents meeting for awareness of study value and progress of their students.

1. Being as a master trainee, provided training to the new surveyor for the utilization of PDMA android app.
2. To ensure the complete filling of data without any error in the online form by surveyor being as a team leader.
3. Conduct meetings with concern surveyor staff as a team leader for the best rout plan and assessment of flood affected areas for collecting data on PDMA app, as per the guideline of Taluka administration.
Responsibility
1. Paid the visits to the assigned flood affected area for the online entry of beneficiaries and distribution of relief items with the PAK -ARMY and Taluka Management Team on daily basis.
2. To ensure the collecting of complete entry of data like, (house hold, number of children, and damages of home of beneficiaries, loss of livestock and Crops) being as a surveyor.
Conduct meetings with affected communities for the awareness about survey and its benefits and cooperate during assessment of required data providing to the data entry team, being as a Mobilizer
Responsibility
Paid the visits to the assigned flood affected area for the online entry of beneficiaries and distribution of relief items with the Deputy Commissioner and the Assistant Commissioner Samaro, on daily basis

3. Online update the monthly DHIS (District Health Information System) report of 49 Health Facilities on PPHI Portal website.
4. Online update the Monitoring EPI Activities check list- 07 on PPHI website.
5. Online update the monthly ARV and ASV report on PPHI website.
6. Creating and online update the ASS Compile report of all Health Facilities.

1. Monitored the all health facilities staff through daily telephonic monitoring.

1. Marketing of all FMFBs services to the poor segment area covered by the branch Conduct the need assignment of the clients.
2. Ensure that the clients successfully & effectively utilized the services of FMFB communicate complete & accurate polices and procedure related to clients contract with FMFB with the customer.
3. Prepare activity planner and planner reviews for marketing
4. Ensure description indentified by the internal audit are rectified
5. Ensure comply with the FMFB services policy and procedure complete the relevant documentation and the legal formalities as per product manual pertaining delivery of services.
