Undertake detailed SWOT analysis, Constraints analysis, Needs analysis, Gap analysis etc. with the existing farmers’ groups and develop new farmers’ groups as per the project work plan. Based on the findings, develop in participation with the groups priorities for project intervention that will assist in their empowerment.
Supervise development and implementing a training programme on leadership development in the context of Community Development for project Group leaders, identify Community Activists (ex officio committed and influential members of the community for receipt of focussed training events).
Conduct a preliminary survey of the Marketing system in the relevant project area and prepare a foundation report giving the important aspects of local marketing system for beneficiary products.
Identify potential marketing activists within the communities, and undertake a detailed analysis of the marketing and input supply arrangements in their area and utilise these exercises to train the activists in identifying market opportunities, linkages, impediments and bottlenecks. Utilising participatory techniques formulate and implement strategies and techniques to overcome them.
Assist the community marketing activities in designing a marketing strategy for beneficiaries, and assist them in undertaking its implementation.
Review likely GOs and NGOs etc. operating in the project sphere (both technically and geographically) that need to be engaged in the community development process, build linkages between them and the project and develop a common understanding of the preferred community development processes, paying particular attention to the inclusion of market information in decision making processes.
Organize meetings with traders, transporters, marketing intermediaries, wholesale and Commission agents in collaboration with Agribusiness & Value Chain Facilitator and develop a programme to overcome systemic problems. Develop recommendations for better market systems for beneficiary produce.

Organize / responsible for the Identification of market oriented, commercial value chains, in close cooperation with Government of Balochistan line Departments and private stakeholders, in particular with input suppliers traders, buyers and end users of horticultural products.

Ensures appropriate communication flow of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and program coordinates the development, maintenance,
