Joined the bank in 2008 and performed duties as Credit Officer for two and half years (Branch\'s advances portfolio includes, medium term finance, working capital loans, micro credits, consumer loans, bank guarantees etc. and after two years transfer to operations department and perform duties in General Banking Desk as Clearing Office, Remittances Officer and other General Banking Related Assignment), More than Six years working as Manager Operations in Three different branches, Presently working as in Remidetal Asset Management Group as Officer MIS & Reporting Department Head office in Officer Grade I

• Collation of periodic delinquency / past due / NPL Reports & ageing of regular & NPL loans (including for loans belonging to agriculture, micro - finance and consumer segments) forwarded by the regions
• Submission of periodic past due / NPL. reports and any ad - hoc data / reports, as requested, to Loan Monitoring, RAM, CAD & other functions of the Bank
• Collation , review & analysis of periodic management reports pertaining to credit portfolio forwarded by regions for identification of discrepancies ( excessive concentration in specific sectors / against specific collateral types , falling profitability / liquidity / worsening overall ratings of portfolios etc. ) ; Providing reports along discrepancies identified to Head MIS & Reporting Department , obtaining his suggestions / input for remediation ; Communicating required remedial actions to respective regions concerned authorities ; Conductive follow - up to ensure timely resolution
• Submission of periodic management reports pertaining to credit portfolio and any ad - hoc data / reports, as requested to RAM, CAD and other functions of the Bank
• Ensuring reports / data pertaining to SBP reporting are submitted by the regions to Head Office on required due dates; Following up on any delays
• Collation and submission of reports / data (including reports data pertaining to credit administration, e - CIB, NPL related data such as classification, reversals, rehabilitations) to SBP on required frequencies
• Fulfilment of ad - hoc reporting / data requests of SBP
• Preparing inputs into financial reporting disclosures related to advances & NPLs and submission to Head MIS & Reporting Department for his review
• Maintaining an up to date bank - wide database of collateral positions showing information pertaining to all collateral types held at the bank, connected facilities, collateral values before margin, margin percentage, collateral values after margin, revaluation frequencies, shortfalls / cushions available etc
