Professional Statement
I have had the opportunity to work in development sector as a paraprofessional, manager and trainer, both in the public and private spheres. These experiences have created a passion in me to work in this field and learn more about it. As a consequence, I have done masters in the field of education, and Diploma in Eaerly Chilhood Care and Education.
A key component throughout my 10 years of professional experience has been working with different communities and teachers regarding general health, Nutrition, reproductive health and education. I have become exposed to different methods, skills,pedagogies and ways of teaching students, teachers and stakeholders. Presently, I plan to pursue a minor related to this area.
Finally, I am interested in education assessment, analysis and professional development. Specifically, I am interested in fostering a greater awareness of learning disabilities and providing tools and support for teachers that enable them to help their students reach their potential.
Closely coordination with Partner Institutions and Organization for supporting students from SEF assisted and SE&LD run schools for pursuing their post primary education at partner Intuitions / Schools.
To carry on the process of awarding scholarship to the deserving students through a rigorous process of entry tests, screening and verification of credentials. A total number of 2296 went through this process and awarded scholarship and performed key roles in the selection of students.
To analyze the quantitative of data of scholarship and SMHS program of various schools / institution and according prepare reports and payments.
Arrange the regular schools support program visits, site verification visits, monitoring and facilitate the program Schools in different districts of Sindh.
Undertake training need analysis of teachers and other stakeholders.
Design and develop teachers training plan as per the need-based analysis.
Design and develop training manuals/materials to meet the goals of the SEF’s projects/programs.
Develop teaching learning resources/aids for teacher training and school support.
Design training evaluation and classroom observation tools
Trained a high number of teachers in different districts of Sindh who associated with SEF
Compose, design and format training manuals/plans and other relevant documents.
Compose reports according to the project/training requirements
· To look after all clinic administrative affairs.
· To arrange camp and health sessions in different communities.
· To arrange workshops for Doctors.
· To arrange special activities on occasions and on special days like mothers’ day, population day
· To assist all sector heads to maintain filing system and facilitate their field visits.
Supervision and regular monitoring of all staff members, ensuring their responsibilities to be performed in accordance with their job description
· Conduct Health sessions in community for awareness
· Provide Health Related Services in the community
· To carry out field investigations, including the filling of questionnaires, conducting of interviews and group discussions
· Arrange community base organization (CBO) meetings
· Plan programs for the capacity building of primary school teachers regarding Health awareness
