Responsibilities
Imports:
Break down:
Of all the shipments according to the priorities based on SHC updated in the
Manifest and locate the shipment in dedicated locations in the warehouse.
Immediate connect the cargo as per loading staff  request
Abudhabi cargo as AOG, Human remains, live animals immediate connect to the delivery.
Import Documentation:
Manage Air waybills with entering consol shipments and prepare import flight handling reports
Export:
Build up:
Built up of cargo as per the load plan issued by the airline (Etihad and Others)
Check the dangerous goods and hazard label are present, where they are missing 
Arrange for them to be replaced, based on information on shippers DGR  declaration
Ensure damage cargo is not loaded in to ULD or loaded on to the aircraft
Tie down the pallets ensuring contour limitations are observed.
Weight the pallet and complete the pallet tag using relevant airline stationary and fixit to the pallet
Check the ULD for airworthiness
Manifesting
Manifest passenger Aircrafts, Freighters and Trucks based on the ULD tag
Prepare separate manifest for courier and PO Mail
Alert the ramp coordinator for any special cargo update DGAIR for the attention of load control
Delivery:
Deliver the goods according to the delivery order and conduct survey if any damage noticed on delivery
Update DLY once its physically delivered to the consignee or agent
Trainings
DGR Cat-8 training at Etihad training center
Etihad awareness and Security awareness training at Etihad training center
IMS and ACC3( security requirements for shipments destined to US and EU)
HHT device training and Cargo spot software

 Handling call fotr general inquiries & maintain activities & complaints.
 Maintenance on customer’s account as per their request.
 Providing all product information and handling queries.
 Entertain financial transaction requests and providing all account related information.
Follow up of the customer complaints for timely resolutions.
 Managed the floor decorum multiple times as per requirement of management.
