E-commerce Management (VA Freelancer)Role & Responsibilities:• The FBA account of the client was started from scratch. This account is currently generating revenue of $50k+ due to my relentless efforts of mine. Resultantly, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) being the Client, enhanced the scope of services of mine with the addition of another account for management thereof as a token of appreciation.• Recently, registered three Brands from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). • Complete Services of Virtual Assistant (VA).• Responsible for Launching products from scratch to End results for Company’s Client & reporting to higher management and events.• Integrity to provide assistance for product hunting, listing, handling customer queries, managing emails.• Using communication skills to greet and deal with clients online as needed.• Using excellent time-management skills to maintain work balance between projects and other activities.• Product strategy and direction: Continually assess the needs of customers /merchants, market trends, competitive opportunities, and threats in defining and evolving the product strategy.• Define both long-term strategy and short-term plans to achieve the product vision and deliver business results.• Responsible for advertisement campaign creation, planning, and reporting.• Develop, design, implement, and measure targeted marketing campaigns.• Keep an eye on day-to-day operations between warehouse, inventory, and supply chain departments.

Role & Responsibilities:• The employer was managing 4 Top Rated accounts on eBay whereas I was managing Customer Service, Listing, orders Reports, and different Strategies for the Top ranking of the listing.• Answer customers\' queries by replying to their private messages.• Taking initiative and helping resolve customers’ issues without escalating the issue to the upper echelon of the support team.• Worked closely with team members to achieve time-sensitive milestones.• Updating customer records after each interaction.• Provided technical IT support to customers via phone and email to resolve complex issues.

Furthermore, involved in the drafting of miscellaneous Elevations, Section Details, Working Drawings, Electric plans, Excavation Plans, Tile Count, Floor patterns, etc.
