JOB DESCRIPTIONS
·  Monitor the planning / scheduling for daily production (all stages).
·  Taking our priority orders as per customer’s deadline to execute them according to line loading plan to meet the customer’s deadline.
·  Collect copy of Planning Sheets and making sure to execute them in the production floor. Providing and issuance of all the associated accessories for an order.
·  Analyze reasons for production loss especially accessories shortage and keep constant liaison with procurement and ensure all the accessories arrive factory as per time & action plan.
·  Through self-intervention, ensure that production activities conform to the plan given by PPC division.
·   In cases where the delay is un-avoidable, coordinate with other departments for reducing delay as possible.

JOB\'S DESCRIPTION
· Calculating the standard Allowed minute (SAM) Operation wise and defining the targets. All department Sublimation, Manual Cutting, laser Cutting, RFI Stitching, and Sampling Stitching.
·  Design and implement layout based on the article, to minimize movement of material and effective utilization of resources
·  Line Balancing, machine and layout arrangements as per style requirements.
· Prepare and discuss efficiency report with managers to eliminate the problem and to enhance the production.
·  Identification and Control on wastages, like time wastage, material wastage by implementation of LEAN Manufacturing tools and techniques.

I was the trainee in the pakistan Railway Carriage Factory where i started my training for gaining some experience about the work inside the factory
