Currently, I am thriving in my role as a Social Media Coordinator at Ibex Lahore, where my primary responsibility revolves around engaging with Jazz and JazzCash customers across various social media platforms, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
My journey into customer service was preceded by a tenure as an E-commerce Professional at Amazon Marketplace, where I gained extensive expertise in Amazon Dropshipping (FBA FBM), Wholesale PL (FBA FBM), and a plethora of tasks including product management, listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer service. Additionally, I ventured into the realm of freelancing as a Graphic Designer on Fiverr, successfully completing over 100 graphic design projects encompassing logos, brochures, and posters. My proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator has been instrumental in delivering innovative and high-quality designs.
Equipped with a diverse skill set, I possess competencies in product management, product analysis, business development, team development, and LAN technologies. I am well-versed in software debugging and have honed the ability to multitask effectively under pressure, complemented by strong management and organizational skills.
My computer skills encompass a wide range of applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Spreadsheets, Google AdWords, and expertise in operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Furthermore, I am adept at utilizing software tools and platforms to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
