Having Post Graduate Diploma in HRM ( Certified Human Resource Professional - CHRP) from NED University.
· Manage & provide country wise HR support on full spectrums of HR activities/services, including Payroll Management, Recruitment & Selection, and Employee Relations & Other HR Operations.
· Follow up HR operation & Recruitment & Payroll team to prepare different report such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operation, etc. as and when required.
· Carryout all the outlets / branches employee’s Attendance, leaves, Provident Fund, Promotions, transfers, grievances, Employees record etc.
· Cross check Salary Sheet & Final Settlement process to make it error free.
· Train and improve HR Staff capabilities ensuring efficiency in HR operations.
· HR Policy custodians, ensuring compliance and control on HR processes and practice.
· Act as a liaison between employees, other departments and branches all over country to resolve issues received through the HR Ops team and facilitate processing.
· Issue various letters to the employees (Appointment Letters, Confirmation letters, Experience certificates etc.)
· Responsible for comprehensive security arrangements in accordance with the company safety and security standards.
· Responsible to implement effective preventive and routine maintenance of all pool of company vehicles of Head Offices.
· Ensure that all the SOPs are being followed all the time in letter and spirit.
HRIS (SAP B1-ERP) Administrator:Payroll / Comp. & Benefits Management:Recruitment:Full & Final Settlements:• Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes. • Responsible to handle all HR Operations related matters and queries. • To timely process HR related activities, such as HR Policies, Payroll, Recruitment and selection, Employee Orientation & induction, Transfer & Promotions, Full & Final Settlements, etc. • Prepare and issue all employee letters. • Update Job Description & Job Specification. • Handling end-to-end recruitment process. • To conduct initial interviews of different candidates for various positions in different departments. • Preparation of orientation & Training plans for new employees & coordinate with respective departments for the same as per given guidelines. • Data management of all employees on excel and HRIS. • To conduct Performance Appraisals. • Maintaining employee’s personal records and leave management. • To process monthly Payroll of employees. • To look after employees’ medical & health insurance matters. (EOBI, SESSI) • Support general office administration task (Office Equipment & Asset maintenance and services, Fleet Management, Vender Management, Canteen / Mess Management, Housekeeping, etc.)

Responsible for Time Management System for all employees and In charge of account Management of Limton Company regarding Time Information System.
Handling the HR Confidential data (Employees Salary, Summary Sheet, and Employee Information Sheet etc.), review, update and maintain
Responsible for Employee Separation process; Resignations, terminations, exit interviews and general clearance.
