General Banking:
My major responsibilities are to provide best banking services to the customers on all bank products.
Main task I am responsible for are ATM card & Cheque book Feeding & issuance, Online fund transfer, Account opening, Remittances, CMDs, Demand Draft, Internal transfer, Customer loan & credit section and many more.
I am directly reporting to Branch Manager.
Core Tasks:
• Dealing Inward and Outward clearing including Intercity cheques, Local cheques and OBC (Outward Bill for
Collection)
• CBC (Call Back to Customer) in case of huge encashment
• Dealing Online transaction & Online cheque
• Dealing Call Deposits, Pay Slip, Demand Draft, Pay Order
• Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products
• Explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers
• Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures

My major responsibilities were preparing payroll, bank accounts dealing, fee collection and their records. Book keeping of daily revenue & Expenses, all computer related tasks of the school & college and to assist the principle in their office work.
