As a Principal serving as an educational leader , responsible for managing the policies, regulations and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curriculum and mission of the school. Also responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks. Performing a key role in the development of a positive work environment-one that is innovative and responsive to student needs. Also work with leadership team from Head Office to achieve system’s vision and mission.
 
Cosmopolitan Grammar School (Principal) (January 2019 – December 2022)
Was appointed as a Vice Principal and promoted to Principal. Had been providing strategic direction in the school system. Developing standardized curricula, assess teaching methods, monitor student achievement, encourage parent involvement, revise policies and procedures, administer the budget, hire and evaluate staff and oversee facilities.
