Boundary Wall, Sewerage, Water Supply, Overhead Water Tanks, Roads, Parks, Main Gates, Mosques, and electric work. Day to day supervision of all civil works, roads, other infrastructure, etc. Monitoring of progress from developer and various contractors. Human Resource Management of Support staff and their activities. Weekly presentation to different stakeholder about project progress and work completed. Meetings with developer, Contractors, service providers and other stakeholders on day to day issues and matters

Construction of six new blocks under may supervision including following tasks

Responsibilities of Management of Repair and Maintenance Manage Teams of Electrical, Generator Operator, Telecommunication, Plumbing, Carpenter, Painter, Aluminum Fabricators, and HVAC. Timely resolution of Daily Repair and Maintenance complaints. Daily meeting with all R&M section In-charges regarding current complaints and Team Management and delegation of tasks to subordinates Weekly inspection of the installation and repair Daily feedback to Executive Director regarding R&M complaints
