Assistant in Pension Section (10th Nov 2017 till Present)
Enroll employees in pension plans and answer any questions concerning such plans.
Determine employees entitlements based on factors such plans
Explain details of company pension plan to employees during group presentations.
Ensure that payments are made after employees retire from the company.
Make sure that eligible workers are informed of their plan options and complete
enrollment.
Preparing documents for self-pension as well as family pension documents.
Reconciliation of all pension bank accounts to make sure company accounts are
reconciled properly.
Make sure half yearly attendance of all pensioners

Major Responsibilities: To check all daily transactions /postings, to ensure service quality checklist, to conduct periodic review of relevant GL heads for balancing, locker management, deposit mobilization, email management, to conduct Account Opening proceedings & KYC, to look after inward & outward clearing, to maintain cheque book issuance & other record, to receive and deliver Atm cards to maintain dak dispatch & receipt registers, to supervise stop payment cases of clients, ATM & CFC related customer disputes, posting utility bills, to respond to SWIFT massages, foreign fund management, managing & growing liability products, to increase low cost CASA.Dealing with Money gram payments and resolving customer issues in receiving money, Money gram MIS reporting to Concern department on daily basis, to make SBP monthly returns.Customer Service: Greet every customer promptly and answer questions completely to maximize service opportunity, Assist customer in selecting services that best fit their needs. Suggest additional products or services offerings based on assessment of customers. Develop loyal clientele through friendly service and follow-up after sales or new services obtained.
