Currently, I have worked with IUCN (International Union Conservation Nature) as a Community Mobilizer   Restoration Rangelands for Rural Resilience and Development Project in District Lasbela.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the overall supervision of the Project Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for:

 Collection of the socio-demographic data of the project’s sites and communities.
 Conducting surveys and using the PRA techniques for data collection.
 Conducting dialogues for participatory rangeland and watershed management with Communities.
Formation of male and female community organizations in the project area.
Facilitate the consultants for participatory rangeland and watershed management and ensure community participation in all interventions.
 To Mobilize the community “Sorghum Forage Seed” as fodder on land for optimal growth of their Livestock.
 Facilitation of consultants in all training of communities and their participation in natural resource management.
To Mobilize the community to contribute to the Green Pakistan manifesto by understanding climate change more planting and discouraging the cutting of trees.
 Monthly reporting of the field interventions and monitoring of the technical interventions of the project.
Facilitation of the training coordinator in the effective implantation of the project.
 Socio-demographic data of target communities have been collected and submitted to the project office.

Establishment of both male and female community organizations Monthly reporting.
Ensuring communities’ participation in all interventions such as land for range, watershed, fodder plots, and others.

Community Mobilization Officer (IRC)
                  From: 14 Sept: 2022 to 31 March 2023
I have worked with IRC (International Rescue Committee) as a CMO (Community Mobilization Officer) MPCA Project Flood Relief in flood-affected areas of District Lasbela.

Formation Committees in all affected villages for Identification of flood affectee Households.
 Beneficiary identification should be done keeping in mind the project\'s criteria.
8200 floods affected beneficiaries’ identification through a community survey according to the Project criteria.
To collect all (HHs Destroyed, Agricultural land, Crops, and Livestock) data which have been damaged by floods.
To support the field team for Prepared a work plan as per project targets & activities.
Support to MIS (Management Information System) Team to update all (8200) beneficiary data timely.
To plan and support to supply chain Assistant in arranging the Cash disbursement Camps.
Presence in cash camp during the disbursement to beneficiaries through HBL Konect digital devices.
Carry out the profiling of villages, baseline data collection, community mapping, sites selection, and beneficiaries’ identification.
Mobilizing the community and formation of VDMCs, UCRFs, and other Community Organizations.
Monitor appropriate implementation of program activities in all targeted areas
Actively contribute to community mobilization and sensitization
Aware and mobilize communities and conduct meetings with community members including children, women, PWDs, and other community stakeholders.
Actively contribute to the capacity building of targeted communities in coordination with livelihoods. WASH and DRR teams
Aware and mobilize community/ village development organizations on their roles and responsibilities.
 Conduct child and GBV protection sessions in the communities.
Facilitate the communities through health camps and manage the case management and referral mechanism.
Facilitate VDMCs in Hazard Mapping exercises at the village level.
Support livelihoods and DRR Team, Civil Engineers in the identification and implementation of infrastructure interventions and risk reduction measures.
Support and facilitate communities during the meetings with local government authorities and during exposure visits to project interventions.
Support in the identification of sites for WASH and DRR interventions
Contribute to the promotion of hygiene interventions in the targeted areas.
Record keeping of all activities and sharing daily weekly, and monthly progress updates. 
Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Project Coordinator (WASH Unicef)
I have worked as Project Coordinator WASH / Project Funded by UNICEF/Implemented by NRSP in District Lasbela from 1st June 2016 to Jun: 2020.  As a Project Coordinator, my responsibilities are as.

Ensure effective planning, overall coordination, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting on all project implementation interventions.
 Coordinate with Stakeholders and partners to ensure the monitoring of project activities.
Ensure preparation and timely submission of project progress and financial adjustment reports.
Preparation of Project Plan, Weekly Plan, and Monthly Plan and send it to Regional Office and 3rd Party Monitoring team timely.
To ensure timely send weekly progress, monthly progress, HRD, and presentation reports to NRSP Regional Office & UNICEF Office.
To communicate progress, Bottlenecks, and issues arising from the implementation of the project in a timely and effective manner.
Manage the field unit teams Unit wise and distribute the project targets.
To ensure and monitor all field activities in the outcome theme of the project.
Responsible to achieve the whole Project\'s soft and hard component targets in a specific time.
To ensure the preparation of Budgets and submission of all adjustments timely to District Office Finance Section.
Help & support to M&E Officer in preparing QPR, and PCR reports.
Visit Donner in Field areas as per randomly selected villages by Donner.

Social Organizer (Field Unit Incharge)
        GLLSP IFAD Funded Project Phase-i
              I have worked in NRSP District Lasbela as Field Unit Incharge Hub, Uthal & Bela from 19 June 2013 to 31 May 2016. During this period NRSP implemented GLLSP (IFAD) funded project.  As a Field Unit in charge, I will be responsible for and manage all programmatic activities, and administrative matters within the Field unit circle.
Responsibilities and tasks.

 Baseline survey and Collection of the Socio-economic & socio-demographic data of the project in focused UCs communities.
Organize the community and Formation of COs, VOs & LSOs in Project targeted areas.
Fishermen Cooperative Societies Formation in Coastal Belt UCs.
To enhance the skills of Executive bodies of these COs, VOs & LSOs through CMST, FMS, and O&M Training, so able to run their community organizations, able to make VDP & UCDP, CPIs Schemes, and manage CMFS grants.
 Identify Agricultural Farmers & Fishermen Groups through (Cos, Vos, and LSOs) for Productivity Enhancement Training to enhance agricultural, Livestock, and Fishermen improving their skills.
Identify male and female groups for Vocational Training.
 LIP filled to Agricultural, Entrepreneur, Livestock & Fishermen Communities for Asset Transfer
  Activist Workshops (CRM) Coastal Resources Management.
Exchange Exposure Visits to the Targeted UCs community Gawader District and Thatha District of Sindh Province.
 Facilitate & support IFAD Projects technical team in the construction of Agricultural Schemes, Flood Protection Walls, Flood Protection Bandat, Pipe irrigation, also lining of water courses, DWSS, and other community-need base Schemes.
Facilitate & Guidance to Field Team achievement of the targets timely.
Preparation of Monthly work plan for all projects with the collaboration of the Field Unit team.
  Preparation and submission of the weekly report to the District Office.
Preparation and submission of MPR (Monthly Progress Report) & HRD report to the District Office.
Preparation of monthly progress Presentation for PPM.
Responsible for the Preparation and submission of monthly expenses, POL expenses, Training Adjustments, and all activities adjustments to the district office finance section timely.
 Arrange and organize all events/training venues.
Visit Donner in Field areas as per randomly selected villages by Donner.
To mobilize the community on birth registration in 2013-14 under an IKEA/UNICEF-funded project in cotton farming areas of Balochistan.
In the loop with all UC Secretaries where provision IT Equipment (Desktop Computer, Printer & Security Paper for printing Birth Certificates.  

Admin & Finance 
I worked as Admin & Finance Assistant from Nov 2010 to Feb: 2013 in UNICEF    funded Project “Basic Education Support Project” (BESP) in District Lasbela,
                    Implemented by NRSP.
Responsibilities and Tasks.

 Preparation and submission of monthly petty cash expenses, POL expenses, Training, and all activities adjustments to the regional office finance section.
  Arrange and organize visitors’ accommodation, transport & security matter.
Arrange and organize all events/training venues.
 Responsible for the UNICEF warehouse and Maintaining the Stock register of the Project reading writing material, Furniture, etc.
Maintain all project inventory assets in hard and soft records.
Responsible for all logistics/travel-related matters.
 Responsible Repair & Maintenance of all District & Unit Offices Vehicles.
 Responsible for submitting monthly vehicle reports at the end of the month to the Region Office.
Responsible maintain staff attendance and leaves records.

Training Assistant
Save the Children (PAIMAN) PROJECT          
Worked as a Training Assistant in Save the Children US (PAIMAN- USAID “Pakistan initiative Maternal and newborn”) in District Lasbela, Balochistan in 2009 & 2010.
Responsibilities and tasks.

Preparation and submission of activities expenses adjustment to the regional office finance section.
To maintain and update the data of training and community mobilization activities at the district level.
To provide logistical support to staff for conducting training/ workshops/ seminars/ meetings/ local events/ mega events etc.
 Developing and maintaining a systematic proper filing record.
Fuel adjustment submission to the provincial office timely.
To properly monitor the fuel consumption and average all office vehicles.
Preparation and submission of all vehicle reports are submitted to the provincial office at the end of every month.
Monitoring the health sessions by male volunteers in the community & health committee is an additional task.
