Field Education Officer , Initiative for Development and Empowerment Axis-IDEA, UNHCR funded Education project KP Haripur Mansehra Enhancing Access to Quality Education-EAQE My prime responsibilities included to ensure proper record keeping of program activities and to collect and verify all field data and submit to data analysis for entry and submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to coordinator. This required regular field visit and monitoring of RV schools to ensure Quality Education through RV teachers and share means of verification of each activity with the project coordinator. I coordinated ongoing tasks of team members and maintained compliance with special education requirements. Performed thorough field research, leading to more effective educational strategies.
