Job Responsibilities Relating to Tax Matter:

• Monthly Income Tax Withholding Statement Report to Tax Department.
• Verify input invoices and insure proper deduction of STWH
• Maintenance of records as per requirements of sales tax and income tax
• Prepare the Report of Further Advance Income Tax U/S 236 and Submit in Iris
• Working of tax deduction detail of different parties
• Calculate the Taxable figure and report to management for their Payable
• Issuance of certificate of Different Tax
• Liaison to Upload Input / Output Sales tax in Federal Board of Revenue Portal (FBR).

Jobs Responsibilities Relating to Accounts Receivable:

• Reconciliation of Account Receivable on regularly Monthly basis.
• Directly Reportable to Manager Accounts. Work independently in Account Receivable Section with One Assistant.
• Monthly Sales Report and Aging Wise Analysis.
• Posting of Daily Sales Invoices and Relevant Heads of Accounts.

Jobs Responsibilities Relating to Petty Cash:

• Booking Petty Cash and Payables in their Relevant Vendor and Accounts Analytical.

Other Jobs Responsibilities:

• Work on Social Security and EOBI
• Reconcile the Revenue Figure with provide adjustment to Finalize Audited Accounts and Any Answer the Tax Notice.
• Compute the Figure in Audit Accounts in Different heads to give Answer to Tax Notice.
• Any other information required by Manage Accounts
• Working in Dynamic GP Creating Different task and Control Receivable Section and Provide Different Reports.
