Projects: Warid 4G, Mobilink 3G, CMPak 3G and 2G

Responsible for implementing all Site management regarding 2G/3G/4G Surveying, Rollout, Expansion, Swap, including Acceptance with Customer and handover

 Deployment of 3G and 4G Network, along with existing 2G network expansion and rollouts
 Site visits with customer to implement change requests, as outcome from existing site survey reports
 Responsible for Quality Assurance, ensuring best practices for site implementation
 Performing regular Audits, providing guidance to respective Engineers, Team Leads and Supervisors regarding bottlenecks and change implementation
 Correspondence in Reverse Logistics of equipment and accessories and correspondence with concerned departments
 Conference meeting with all higher management regarding project’s progress and resolution of issues
 Coordination with Finance over Operational tasks, forwarding project forecast for smooth execution
 Managing cost issues as per project recommendation, keeping them optimum and effective
 Synchronization with HR, for timely hiring of employees as per project requirements
 Interviewing candidates for upcoming and existing projects in South

 Proposing implementation plan to teams of Engineers to respective sites
 Performing Internal Quality Audits, fault resolution and offering sites for acceptance to customer
 Submission of Site Installation Documents, and request changes in floor plans, equipment placement, etc.
 Implemented DAR (Daily Activity Report) system and maintaining tracker of all the operational activities
 Reporting of tracker to Technical Manager and Director of all on-going projects over daily basis
 Correspondence with HO for project status and escalation of issues, tasks for resolution
