KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To work in nutrition in flood affected population (relief camps and communities) 
To carryout Anthropometric Measurements (MUAC) of all target beneficiaries (children 6- 59 months and Pregnant/Lactating Women) as per CMAM guidelines. 

To register the identified children with severe acute malnutrition in as per CMAM Nationals per simplified guideline. 

Follow up of SAM and MAM children as per the simplified guideline. 

Provides micronutrients to the targeted children 6-59 months. 

Refers too thin children and MAM/ SAM with complications to Nutrition Stabilization Centers, with following after getting discharged from NSCs. 

Enrolls and treat the children who are treated and discharged from NSCs 
Deworms children 13 to 59 months as per protocol
Screening of Pregnant and lactating mother with MUAC for malnutrition and provides MMS/ IFAS to PLWs and Adolescent girls 
Deworms PLWs and adolescent girls as per protocols. 11.Refer the pregnant women for antenatal care, delivery and family planning and children for immunization. 12.Works with close coordination with health and other departments and partners working in the district 
Documents the services on MIS tools on regular basis 
Prepare and share reports on daily/ need and monthly 
Assist the district coordinator in writing reports, case studies etc. 
Provides good pictures of the activities of the projects for reports, papers etc.

Job Discription 
You will report to the LSO executive committee and will perform the following duties:

Maintaining and updating financial records of CIF, IGG and other relevant records of the LSO.

Prepare cash receipts
Prepare vouchers and cheques
Assist the LSO Manager/Secretary to carry out CIF and IGG appraisals
Assist a community institution (LSOs/VOs) in CIF/ IGG related documentations.

Ensure updating of CIF passbooks of beneficiaries.
Maintain inventory of LSO assets.

Maintain MIS at the LSO office level.

Prepare and submit LSO Office bearers endorsed monthly progress report to TRDP field unit office.

Prepare and submit CIF & IGG tracking sheet to TRDP field unit office on periodical basis.

To collect LSO bank statement on monthly basis and complete reconciliation on monthly basis before submitting it TRDP field unit office.

To participate in the trainings organized by TRDP
To make all the relevant record available during visit by TRDP/EU for any verification and audit purpose.

Any other assignment given by President / General Secretary of the LSO.

 Duties & Responsibility 
Attend all the trainings
Mobilization and Field Implementation for the ALNS Project.

Formation and mobilization of Literacy Management Committees.

Identification of leamers and teachers in through Mobilization Process
Ensure attendance of lerners on daily basis and report on mobile application.

Salary disbursement is based upon assurance of 100% daily attendance and ensuring zero drop out of learners.

LAS will be visiting 2,3 or 4 (as per existing centers in his/her UC) Literacy Centers per day and report the findings of your visit through mobile app.

A day without monitoring report will be considered as absent of LAS, salary will be
deducted for the said day.
Daily follow-up of scheme of study in each teracy center and curriculum of JICA
Package A.

Submission of weekly and Monthly work/operational plan to Taluka In charge.

Assist Taluka In-Charge in the Training of Literacy Teachers on JICA Package A.

Ensure baseline assessment, mid-term assessment and final assessment of learners
and observance of the scheme of study in the literacy centers.

Ensure continuity of the average 25 numbers of learners in all literacy centers.

Close coordination with taluka In Charge and update him/her rapidly.

Assess learning achievements of all learners during the visit and maintain
record of those assessments on prescribed format.

Preparation of Supplementary Reading Materials for the Leamers in assistance of Taluka In Charge and with the help of teacher.

Co-Curricular activities in the literacy centers.

Any other task related to the project assigned by District Manager
LAS is responsible for assigned Literacy centers in 
UC for all required matters.

 He/she
is supposed to do his/her best to maintain all arrangements, mobilization and required
tasks.

In case of less enrollment or dropout of the learners in any adult literacy center (ALC) in
his/her jurisdiction, deductions from the salaries will be made.

Baseline assessment of the target areas of the project.

Community Human Right Support group formations.

Registration of community Volunteers.

• Organize the advocacy work on the Sindh child marriage 
Restraint act 2013.

Organized the Training workshop for the Group 
members.

Advocacy sessions and campaigns on the Sindh child marriage restraint act.

Group formation of the Media person, Lawyers, Doctors, Nikahkhawa and other stake holders of project accordingly.

Report to the line manager.

Organize the community interactive theatre on the club early marriages.

Meeting with the Govt officials and line department.

 Duties and Responsibilities of FF

Participate in training delivered by BCI accreted trainer and attend any subsequent refresher training (as required by BCI)
Prior to first growing season conduct a number of awareness raising meetings on the issues of sustainability in the cotton sectors (tailored to the local situation and the production systems) and the requirements of the better cotton standard system for farmers to take in informed decision weather they want to participate as better cotton farmers or not.

Categorize farmers into small holders or medium farms and group farmers into learning group (for small holders only).

Provide training to farmers on the requirements of the better cotton standard system during the cotton growing season (see Appendices for training recommendation).

Ensure that farmers can maintain a farmer field book and learn from it.

Assess the level of adoption/ progress at learning group / medium farm level.

Conduct participatory per reviews on the progress being made in achieving the minimum and improvement requirements.

Support communication between producer unit and farmers.

Facilitate the 2nd and 3rd party verification process with small holders and medium farms.

Facilitate the collection of data from small holders and medium farms.

Any other duty assigned by supervisor.
