Activities/Responsibilities:
As Manager Admin, HR & Security I am responsible for overseeing administrative, human resources, and security functions within the organization. This role combines the responsibilities of managing administrative tasks, handling human resources-related activities, and ensuring the security and safety of the organization\'s premises and personnel.
1. Administrative Management:
●       Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office processes.
●       Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
●       Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for various administrative needs.
●       Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
●        Handle travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events.
●        Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to administrative functions.
●        Handle and resolve administrative issues or conflicts, both internally and externally, in a timely and professional manner.
●        Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
●        Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives, such as events, projects, and meetings.
●        Supervise and provide guidance to the administrative staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and office clerks.
●        Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and other staff members.

2. Human Resources Management:
●       Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
●       Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
●       Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
●       Oversee employee benefits and compensation administration.
●       Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
●       Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote a positive work environment.
 
3. Security and Safety:
●       Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization\'s assets and personnel.
●       Conduct risk assessments and develop emergency preparedness plans.
●       Monitor access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarms.
●       Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement authorities, if necessary.
●       Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
●       Investigate and handle security incidents and report any breaches or violations.

4. Compliance and Legal:
●       Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
●       Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and implement necessary changes.
●       Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
●       Assist in drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.
●       Handle employee grievances and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.

5. Team Management:
●       Supervise and lead the administrative, HR, and security teams.
●       Set goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance and support.
●       Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
●       Identify training and development needs and arrange appropriate resources.

Overseeing & managing office upkeep, sanitation, cleaning, and security


Coordination with Proposal Department, in submitting the Bids, in soft & hard forms, as per the specific submission time

Review resumes and identify qualifying candidates.


Organize and schedule job interviews with candidates.


New hires onboarding and employed resources’ exit handling.


Handle human resource related requests from employees.


Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).Installation and configuration of all hardware & software for IT and non-IT equipment.


Purchase, repair, and replace IT and other equipment as necessary.


Deal with ISPs, domain registration, websites hosting etc. issues & Contacting, negotiating with different ISPs for work.


Provide technical support to company staff.


Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
