 Preparing and administers the implementation of project specific HSE Programs in line with
client, legal and contractual requirements.
 Liaise with Client HSE representatives on site safety concerns.
 Manage and guide site HSE team as a role model to enhance their working knowledge
along with supervising their performance up to client satisfaction level.
 In coordination with subject matter expert develops site specific hazards identification, costefficient
risk assessments, Project look-ahead plans, and results are communicated to all
affected employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
 Organize training need assessments incorporating client and legal requirements and assist
in employees training programs to ensure appropriate knowledge and awareness is
maintained.
 Ensure site specific requirements, client safety rules, best practices, lessons learned, and
standards are communicated to all employees, subcontractors, vendors and complied with
routine site inspections, audits.
 Participates in safety meetings, investigate incidents, injuries, dangerous occurrences and
analyses accident data and reports, recommend, and promote corrective actions with
follow-ups to prevent recurrence.
 Actively participate in site safety activities to engage and motivate employees by focusing
behavioral based safety including formal safety incentive programs, spot awards,
recognitions on safety initiatives and safe behaviors.
 Ensure job specific records (Audits, Inspections, walkthroughs, observations, incidents,
injuries, Dangerous occurrences, mock drills, Risk and Action tracking registers) are
maintained, updated, and reported timely at all levels as per client requirements
 Discusses, evaluates, coordinates, and resolves environmental compliance issues and
problems that have potential impacts and provides work direction to other groups formed to
implement and monitor client and legal environmental policies and compliance through
cradle to grave approach.
 Liaise with Client on emergency management to ensure employees safety
 Coordinating area security officers
