Develop, implement, and maintain the beverage plant\'s microbiology testing programs, i.e., bacteria, yeast, & mold
Conduct regular microbiology testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to identify quality and food safety issues
Monitor & analyze microbiology data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as necessary
Conduct weekly training with plant personnel to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Investigate and resolve quality and food safety incidents, customer complaints, and nonconformances related to microbiology
