I am responsible for providing outpatient medical services and supervising the medical, administrative, and logistics activities of the BHUS team.I liaise with the government medical officer, ensures adherence to medical protocols and guidelines, manages and organizes the medical/paramedical team, and maintains hospital hygiene and infection control measures.

Ensured hospital hygiene and infection control measures were maintained, including sterilization procedures by autoclaving. Coached team members to improve service quality and identified training needs while organizing regular meetings/briefings with medical/paramedical staff.
Assisted in planning, implementation and reporting of nutrition interventions including nutritional surveillance and service provider in growth monitoring, infant young child feeding,community management of acute malnutrition and outpatient referrals of SAM children with complications

Department of General Surgery(July 2021 - October 2021)
Assisted in the management of patients with surgical conditions, including appendicitis, hernias, and trauma. Observed and assisted with various surgical procedures, such as appendectomies, debridement, minor OT procedures, and exploratory laparotomies. Participated in postoperative care and wound management. Assisted with the placement of central venous catheters and other invasive procedures. Learned how to manage surgical emergencies and provide critical care for surgical patients
Department of Cardiovascular Surgery: (July 2021 - October 2021) 
Assisted in performing various cardiac procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement, and pacemaker implantation. Managed post-operative care of cardiac patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing wound care. Participated in multidisciplinary rounds and case discussions with senior surgeons, cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses. Gained advanced knowledge of vascular diseases including peripheral vascular diseases DVT, aneurysms, hemorrhage, hematoma, arteriosclerosis ,AV fistula malformation etc
Department of Neurology (Nov 2021 - Jan 2021)
Participated in the interpretation of electroencephalograms (EEGs) and electromyograms (EMGs) Conducted neurologic examinations and assessed patients\' mental status. Observed and assisted with lumbar punctures and other diagnostic procedures. Learned how to manage acute neurological emergencies and provide supportive care for patients with neurological conditions
