Over all Monitoring, Supervision, Support & Facilitation.
Supervise and Support Social Mobilizers (SMs) in creating awareness and educating the community about ongoing activities for Polio eradication and routine immunization in high risk areas.
Identify recruit, train (build capacity of SM\'s on skills effective counselling such as partnership building, planning etc.)
Monitored and supervise the work of Social Mobilizers and Prepared monthly work plan for Social Mobilizers and monitored their activities according to work plan.
Conduct pre campaign, during campaign and post campaign Social Mobilization & Communication activities and Advocacy meeting for Polio eradication.
Reduce Communication gap.
Planning for Still Miss Children after Campaign, and ensure maximum coverage of Miss Children through Social Mobilizers.
Miss children Data entry in Polio info Pak (Management Information System) Software.
Provide Training and Facilitation to Social Mobilizers, Area In charge and Polio Teams.

Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of Organization
 Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources.
 Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
 Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
 Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the projects and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered to.

Participates in need assessments, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses and community consultations;
Liaises with Governmental and non-Governmental Agencies.
Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups.
