Process the transactions of WHT on account of (236-p) from Non-Filers, handle the customer complaint pertains to Country Operations, Authorize the IBFTs, Western Union and Process the funding/reversal transaction of different agents. As per the SOP and designed mechanism of Remote Operations, where we execute EOD procedure to ensure the closure activities of all branches and other departments in h-plus and make sure that core banking system (h-plus) is perfectly available on next working date, for the execution we monitor the branch closure activity and status and monitor the un-posted transaction status. End of day execution of all over Pakistan branches, all departments of Head Office.
