o    Event Management for the region Telenor Regional Event, Franchise Sale Conference etc. managing multiple vendor and complete budget 
o    Identifying new business points and developing capability of existing suppliers for meeting the requirements for Instore Branding 
o   Leading Complete execution of Trade Market Activities in region including Fascia , Counter Branding, AVH\\\\\\\'s , Retailer Giveaways  with help of multiple stakeholders vendors , business partners , retailers and merchandisers
o   Systematic tracking of market deployment of merchandising solutions to have complete 360 degree view
