Prepare weekly/Monthly/Quarterly work plans.
 Facilitate the overall social mobilization activities at field level
Conduct initial contacts/broad based community meetings (BBCM).


 Identification of beneficiaries for multiple project interventions i.e. Food for work/cash for work
Mobilize community and orient project and organization mandate.
Formation / re-structuring of Village Development Committees (VDCs) male/female
Scope assessment & beneficiaries registration as per WFP criteria.
Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation.
Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Food Security, Livelihoods and related interventions at community level.
Preparation of the Village Development plan with the organized communities.
Prepare daily field visit reports after commencing the visit in the field
 Ensure the timely submission of activities reports.
Proper record keeping of project activities at community & office level both in soft & hard form.
Monitoring of Field activities.
Monitoring of participants and VDCs performance.
Monitoring of Schemes.
 Monitoring of beneficiaries selection and its process.
 Actively participate in staff meeting. 

 Counseling the students
Coordination with Community Resilience Activities-North CRA for programs 
 Weekly coordination meeting with principal for performance
 Motivate the students for bright future/ goals achievement
 Apply SLO during class time
 Brief the students for good character and moral
 Prepare every month Parent Teacher Meeting for the purpose communicate the    weakness of the students and issues like late coming

 Collect the data in the targeted area.
 Visit door to door for BISP survey
 Verify CNIC especially of women.
 Ask questionnaires from the communities to ensured poor community.
 Submitting the collected Data to office
 Daily report to office
