In August 2023 Chemical Kinetics promoted as a permanent staff staff as a Service Engineer for RO-PLANT. In this capacity, I managed various responsibilities including overseeing all RO-PLANT operations such as PVC fitting, membrane loading and unloading, media filling and replacement, as well as maintenance upgrades. Moreover, I diligently monitored chemical dosage to maintain specified ppm levels, ensuring efficient plant performance. On a daily basis, I visited the company to conduct service inspections and generate detailed service reports. These reports document the status of RO-PLANT, highlighting any maintenance issues, upgrades performed, chemical dosage adjusted including proper Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedure for High pH, Low pH and biocide treatments. By meticulously documenting these visits and observations, accountability and  effective communication within the organization, while also prioritizing plant efficiency and longevity.

#Operated and maintained a Containerized Brackish Water RO-Plant, managing a daily capacity of 720m3. #Executed precise chemical handling and consumption practice, ensuring optimal water treatment. #Conducted troubleshooting activities, promptly resolving issues to minimize downtime.#Performed daily based testing like Total Hardness,  Ca Hardness, SDI and Chlorine for maintaining rigorous quality standards. #Adjusted and maintained plant equipment for safety and performance. #Recorded inside and outside process readings on daily log sheets. #Monitored and adjusted chemical dosing rate, contributing to enhanced plant efficiency.
